About the Role:
- Creative Project Management: Lead design projects from concept to completion, managing multiple deadlines and collaborating across teams.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all deliverables align with Cushman & Wakefield’s branding and client messaging.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate complex real estate concepts into compelling graphics, presentations, and proposals using custom visuals and multimedia elements.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, design, and subject matter experts, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Innovation & Organization: Stay current with design trends, maintain graphic libraries, and propose creative solutions that enhance client engagement and business development.
About you:
- Education & Experience: Graduate with 3–5 years of experience, ideally in a corporate sales, proposal management, or marketing environment.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Skilled in SharePoint and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Design Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Tech Savvy: Strong IT skills with enthusiasm to learn new tools like video editing, UI design, or Ceros.
- Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
