We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our dynamic team.
As a Junior Designer, you will work on design tasks, refining client designs, and assisting in production of assets for Creative Variation. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designers and Art Directors to develop design solutions and innovative Display and Social creatives.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer with the following qualifications:
Required:
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD)
- Strong understanding of Design principles, visual hierarchy, and layout best practices
- Ability to contribute to concept development and suggest improvements to workflows and template processes
Preferred:
- Familiarity in Digital Advertising
- Familiarity with HTML5 capabilities
- Familiarity with Dynamic Advertising
- Understanding of motion design and animation techniques
- Experience designing templates and building flexible, reusable design systems
We're definitely looking for you, if you:
- Have at least 1 year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer
- Bring presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain your design thinking clearly
- Excel at collaborating with peers and are open to feedback to refine your work
- Produce accurate, detail-oriented design deliverables that meet project requirements
- Are eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a unique environment
- Foster a collaborative spirit by supporting your team and contributing positively to workflows and processes
- Are comfortable working with a rotating shift schedule
