The Group Manager develops, implements and evaluates multi-restaurant plans for sales growth, and achievement of quality and people targets of existing restaurants in alignment with concerned unit strategies. He/She oversees implementation of applicable programs from Corporate and SBU support units. The GM conducts regular coaching sessions with RMs to ensure proper execution. He/She is also expected to prepare a business case for multi-restaurant systemic operational issues and recommends solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing or any business-related course
- At least 6 years store operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
