Responsibilities
- Conduct trainings for new hires
- Design training material
- Coordinate trainings with the process specialists, team leaders and ZSC, to collaborate with them to determinate the most effective method for training based on the topic and audience
- Keep the training matrix updated
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in each team
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for process specialists, team leaders and ZSCs
- Manage implementation of new processes or major changes to existing processes or expansions of existing processes, especially where increase of personnel is required
- Coordinates JIRA Project tool for SSC for implementations and makes sure all necessary implementation steps are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Amending and revising trainings as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Understanding e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning courses
- Have agility to comprehend new concepts, content, and processes and convert knowledge into effective training programs and materials
- Determine overall effectiveness of trainings and make improvements
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)
- Coordination of implementation process bringing together both Process Owners as well as SSC teams in an efficient and timely manner
- Review activities of Training team and assess their effectiveness
- Set and Drive Training programs for Sea Logistics
