A. Marketing Strategy & Management

● Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.

● Conducts market research and trend analysis to refine strategies.

● Presents marketing insights, trends, and campaign performance.

● Oversees branding initiatives → related to branding, such as logo use, color schemes, tone of communication, and brand perception.

● Ensures consistency → All marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and promotional campaigns must have a uniform look, tone, and message.

● Generates leads to support the sales team.

● Collaborates closely with recruitment, client relations, and sales departments for aligned efforts.

● Manages the marketing budget to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.

B. Social Media & Digital Marketing

● Conceptualizes and creates engaging content for social media, including static posts, reels, and video content.

● Conducts quality checks, proofreading, and scheduling across various platforms.

● Analyzes and reports social media and digital marketing analytics for continuous improvement.

● Responds professionally to inquiries, ensuring clear, accurate communication and a seamless HR support experience.

● Manages META Ads and paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

● Stays updated on trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram, to keep content relevant and engaging.

● Writes and publishes blogs and long-form content for the company website.

● Oversees SEO optimization and website management to enhance online visibility.

C. Creative Leadership & Brand Management

● Ensures all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard.

● Collaborates with the Graphic Artist for the execution of visually compelling content.

● Leads creative brainstorming sessions to enhance brand storytelling and marketing campaigns.

● Leads and manages photoshoots for marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the brand’s vision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
