We are seeking a strategic, driven, and hands-on Head of Sales & Operations to lead the growth and efficiency of our Security Agency. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, operational discipline, and a sales mindset to scale the business, manage guard deployments, and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, guard deployment, client servicing, and administration.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor team members across departments including sales, dispatch, and field operations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in private and corporate sectors.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service packages to clients.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure service satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Track KPIs related to sales targets, client satisfaction, and operational delivery.
- Report directly to management on progress, issues, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Criminology, Public Safety, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, business development, or leadership role—preferably in a security agency or manpower services.
- Strong people management skills and ability to lead teams under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with government compliance and licensing (e.g., PNP SOSIA, DOLE, etc.) is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
