What You Will Be Doing:
In-Depth Payer Research: Conduct comprehensive research into the requirements of various US healthcare insurance companies. You will investigate and document critical details on coverage options, claim processes, eligibility criteria, and policy benefits.
Systematic Data Management: Utilize standardized templates to accurately document and organize all research findings. You will ensure the accuracy and reliability of information collected by cross-verifying data from multiple sources.
Information Gathering & Verification: Employ creative research strategies to uncover hard-to-find information. You will proactively communicate with contacts at insurance companies and with our internal teams to clarify ambiguities and gather additional insights.
Authorization Management: Verify authorization details obtained from payers against the information entered into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. You will provide clear and timely communication to clinics regarding authorizations that are approaching their expiration dates to ensure continuity of care.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in healthcare insurance policies. You will collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of our research methodologies.
Adaptable Responsibilities: As Finni Health grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
About You:
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, or a role within the US healthcare or health insurance industry. Direct experience with insurance verification, benefits investigation, or claims processing is highly desirable.
Investigative Acumen: A strong aptitude for research and analysis, with the ability to creatively source and synthesize complex information from various channels. You enjoy the challenge of finding hard-to-find data.
Data Accuracy and Verification: A meticulous eye for detail and a systematic approach to verifying information. You understand the critical importance of accuracy in healthcare data and are committed to maintaining its integrity.
Proactive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable liaising with external stakeholders, like insurance company representatives, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and systematically resolve issues related to insurance information and authorizations.
Organizational & Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple research tasks, track authorization timelines, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and comfortable learning new EHR and data management tools. Experience with CRM or research software is a plus.

Salary Range: ₱38,000 – ₱45,000 per month.
