- Oversee the documentation and ensure the company's compliance with all HSE requirements.
- Implement the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Ensure regular HSE inspections of equipment, workplaces, and hazardous materials.
- Identify and assess risk levels at project sites. Implement policies to prevent and correct hazards and risks.
- Analyze accidents and investigation reports, and submit them to the site and Head Office HSE Committee.
- Prepare root cause analysis for incidents/accidents to include in investigation reports
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead the site's HSE Committee in coordination with the Construction Manager.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned within your capabilities.
Job Qualification
- College graduate
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities1-2 years of experience in the construction field as an HSE Officer
- Knowledge and experience in the related field
- Relevant trainings in the related field such as ToT, HIRAC, LCM, COSH, etc.
