The Heart Station Receptionist is primarily responsible for basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner.
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of any four-year business course.
- Good oral and written skills.
- Computer literate (knowledge in MS office is a must).
- Customer-focused.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- For entry-level, previous office administration or receptionist experience, or a minimum of one-year of work experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
