Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including supplies like forms and stationery
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries; sort and distribute accordingly
- Help maintain office security procedures, including monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor passes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HRM, or related field
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role
- Background in customer service is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Will be assigned in Gmall Bajada
