Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering or any relevant degree / certification related to Energy Efficiency
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience in an Energy Efficiency & Sustainability industry or similar role
- Demonstrated previous experience within an architecture operational environment
- Previous teaching/assessing experience is highly preferred
- Previous experience in an RTO industry is a plus
- Certificate IV in Home Energy Efficiency and Sustainability is preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate student assessments and give feedback
- Make judgments on their progress in various courses
- Assist students through phone calls, emails, and through the learning platform
- Keep student records and status updated with current information
- Update course materials to align with training standards
- Collaborate with other assessors to validate course content and assessments.
- Engage in initiatives to improve compliance processes and procedures over time
