- Greets guests and directs the flow of seating in a manner that assures prompt service and guest satisfaction.
- Manages special seating requests of guests consistent with table availability.
- Relays messages to foodservers as appropriate.
- Assists with the duties of servers as needed to maintain service effectiveness and efficiency.
- Processes to-go orders as necessary.
