- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest supplies.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel/residential policy.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized and sanitary manner.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with laundry duties and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
