The HR & Admin Assistant role provides support to the human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth operation of the department and the organization.
NOTE: Assigned in Bulacan but application and hiring process will be done ni Metro Manila
Detailed duties:
HR-Specific
- Recruitment and Onboarding - job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, applicant profiling and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires
- Employee Relations - addressing inquiries related to policies, rules, regulations and benefits; spearheading employee programs, annual physical exam and events
- Discipline and Compliance - issuance of notices for violations committed, recording and monitoring of violations and disciplinary actions; maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Payroll Support - assisting in payroll by gathering data on days worked, leaves, and other timekeeping data; release of payslips
- Report Submission - preparing, uploading and emailing of HR-related reports
General Administrative Support
- Record Keeping - maintaining and updating of employee records, phyical and electronic
- Document Management - preparing ang organizing of all HR-related documents
- Communication - handling internal and external corresponces
- Liaise with Government Organization - coordinating with different government institutions such as Bureau of Fire, Business Permit & Licensing Office and the likes for renewal of permits
- Management of Security Personnel - monitoring security personnels to ensure that they are executing their tasks in accordance to agreement with agency; coordinating with security agency for all security personnel concerns
- General Office Support - Performing other administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, frisking of employees going in and out of the production area, maintaining a tidy workspace, etc.
Requirments:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or related courses
- Related experience from a manufacturing company is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Above average communication skills
- Attentive to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good problem-solving skills
- At least basic understanding of HR principles and practices, mandatory benefits and labor laws
- Creative, resourceful and thinks out of the box
