Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern who is currently taking a BSBA major in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR tasks in a manpower outsourcing agency, focusing on documentation, payroll assistance, timekeeping, and managing employee records. It's a great opportunity for HR students to learn about both HR and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Records Management
- Organize and update employee 201 files and digital records
- Ensure records are accurate and confidential
- Help track contract renewals, clearances, and other documents
Recruitment Support
- Assist in screening applicants and scheduling interviews
- Help with job postings and monitoring online applications
Administrative and Compliance Tasks
- Provide support with filing, scanning, and tracking documents
- Assist in compliance reports and audit preparation
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related documents
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a BSBA major in Human Resources or any HR course related
- Endorsed by school for OJT
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to learn and assist in various HR tasks
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
- Can commit to 600 internship hours
