An HR Admin Manager is in charge of an organization's administrative and human resources activities. In order to provide effective administrative assistance for day-to-day corporate operations, this position involves handling relations with workers, recruitment and paycheck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Deployment – Manages hiring, sourcing, and smooth onboarding of member-worker-owners.
- Employee Relations – Handles engagement programs, grievances, and performance improvements.
- Benefits & Payroll – Oversees statutory benefits, insurance, and timely salary payouts.
- Strategic HR Support – Aligns HR functions with business goals, ensuring efficiency and cost management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics (recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement)
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, recruitment and HR best practices
- People oriented, results and data-driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Cooperative
