- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in HR or Admin roles, with 2 years in managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and records management systems.
