· Assists with the day to day operations of the different HR functions and duties.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening,
and onboarding.
· Administer and ensure timely processing of payroll, government contributions, and benefits programs.
· Provides clerical and administrative support to the management.
· Assists in the coordination of company activities and training sessions.
· Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Researches on continuous improvement of human resource systems
· Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
· Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource or equivalent.
· Must be willing to work in Cavite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms.
