We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead our Human Resources operations and oversee administrative functions. This role will directly supervise the HR team, ensure smooth daily operations, and implement policies that support our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
- Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
- Oversee administrative functions such as office operations, procurement, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with management for workforce planning and company growth strategies
Qualifications:
- ONLY WITH EXPERIENCE. Minimum 3–5 years HR management or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
