The HR / Admin Personnel at VERDEFY plays a dual role in handling core HR functions and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This position supports recruitment, employee records, timekeeping, benefits administration, and assists with compliance and organizational development. On the admin side, the role also handles clerical tasks, supply coordination, and office logistics.
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating exams.
- Maintain and update employee records (201 files, contracts, evaluations, clearances, etc.).
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping for payroll processing.
- Support on boarding of new hires (orientation, ID creation, policy dissemination).
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, disciplinary documentation, and performance tracking.
Benefits & Government Compliance
- Facilitate processing and submission of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Monitor and coordinate HMO enrollments, renewals, and claims (if applicable).
- Track employee probationary periods, contract renewals, and regularization timelines.
Administrative Functions
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory; handle procurement as needed.
- Organize and maintain orderly filing systems for HR and company documents.
- Handle incoming communications, correspondence, and filing of official memos.
- Support office logistics such as travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of personnel and business records.
- Prepare monthly HR/admin reports and updates to management.
- Support government compliance and audit documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR, Admin support, or general office management.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and basic payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can handle confidential matters professionally and with discretion.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
