Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent experience
- Experience in document control, liquidation, and administrative support
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, file, and manage company documents and reports
- Handle liquidation of expenses and support financial documentation
- Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and ensure timely processing
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee records, attendance, and other admin support
- Coordinate with internal departments for compliance and document submissions
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
