Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization.

Undertakes Recruitment and Placement activities as follows:

Conducts initial screening of applicants’ credentials based on submitted resumes and determines their compliance with basic qualification standards.

Administers and/or arranges for the pre-employment tests; generates and interprets test results; correlates test results and interview data to arrive at assessment of applicants’ qualifications for the positions applied for; identifies and refers short-listed candidates to requisitioning office / department for further interviews and assessment processes.

Processes the preparation and serving of employment contract and Company ID.

Undertakes Compensation and Benefits activities as follows:

Timekeeping/ posting of daily employees’ days worked on regular hours and on overtime work; checking of time sheets to account for absences, tardiness, undertime and authorized leaves of absences.

Assisting in the distribution of individual pay slips.

Receives, encodes and files employee’s Official Business Forms, Overtime Authorization and Leave of Absence.

Provides administrative support in the provision of government mandated fringe benefits as follows:

Collects requirements of employees in availment of loans and benefits from the Social Security System (SSS), Employee Compensation Commission (ECC), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC), and other related employee welfare agencies.

Liaise with different government agencies such as SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BIR for submission of reports needed for enrolment, updating, or deletion of employees’ information.

Files all documents pertinent to compensation and benefits administration ensuring confidentiality of classified information

Distribution of letter of inquiries (Notice to Explain) for employees’ disciplinary offenses.

Filing of records related to disciplinary action in the individual employees’ 201 files.

Assists in organizing employee relations activities such as sports, social, recreational and spiritual programs, general assemblies, team building, and other forms of employee gatherings.

Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
