HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management major in Human Resources or any related discipline
- Extensive knowledge of human resources management, counseling, organizational management
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal / human relations skills
- Interviewing and recruiting skills
- Report preparation skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power point and other graphic software
