What You'll Do:
- Assist in recruitment and selection (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in payroll, timekeeping, and statutory compliance tasks.
- Coordinate HR-related activities and employee engagement programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Open to OJT/Internship requirements for school.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
