· Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
· Provides counseling on policies and procedures.
· Ensures and monitors updated manpower master list, headcount and employment status.
· Ensures that recruitment will be delivered according to timeline.
· Ensures if hired employees have the necessary working documents (pre-employment requirements, employment contract, job description, endorsement letter and 201 file).
· Maintains employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
· Reviews employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
· Creates and implements effective onboarding plans.
· Monitors training and development programs.
· Assists in performance management processes.
· Supports the management in the disciplinary and grievance issues.
· Ensures that Notice to Explain (NTE), Disciplinary Action (DA) and other memo for issuance has been reviewed by the HR Head prior release.
· Supervises HR and GA team members in the execution of routinary activities to support overall HR and GA goals.
· Attends to SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth matters.
· Attends to matters affecting welfare and benefits of employees.
· Monitors daily tardiness and absences of employees including contractuals.
· Processes timekeeping, leave applications and record of employee attendance.
· Submits and processes new wage increase, proclamation of government and other government requirements / DOLE laws.
· Reports issues and concerns of employees and problems encountered to superior.
· Delivers the schedule of employee engagement program of the organization and leads the employee engagement forum.
· Collaborates with various departments on company activities and concerns.
· Submits required updates and reports promptly.
Qualification:
· Proven experience as HR Supervisor, HR Team Lead, HR Officer and/or Assistant Manager
· Graduate of behavioral course or with relevant work experience
· With broad understanding of Labor Code of the Philippines and mandatory benefits
· Experience in HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc)
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMIS is a plus
· Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem solving and decision making aptitude
· Strong ethics and reliability
· Matured and able to work in less supervision
