Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR operations
- Maintain HR documentation, 201 files, and attendance records
- Assist in recruitment activities and employee onboarding
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits processing
- Handle office-related tasks and employee requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Admin, or any related field
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of HR admin or office support experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Good communication and multitasking skills
