Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests for the executive’s attention.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Track and follow up on projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
