- Monitor and evaluate trainees' progress and development
- Support the HR Manager in analyzing the organization’s training needs.
- Create training plans, outlines, modules, and post-event evaluations.
- Facilitate trainings assigned to him/her.
- Organize training events, company activities and manage the scheduling of meeting and training venues of the company.
- Handle the overall Performance Management System of the company.
- Monitor and maintain a reporting system of performance assessments of new hires and tenured employees.
- Ensure that performance assessments of employees are properly conducted and submitted on time.
- Create and update policies for Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a of a 4- course related to Psychology, or behavioral science courses
- Must have at least 6months of experience in handling training
- Must have experience in designing training modules and post-training evaluations.
- Must be adept in creating impactful Powerpoint presentations.
- Must have above average communication and presentation skills.
