- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
- At least two years of extensive experience working as an HRBP, HR Strategy
- HR concept and excellent execution in the diversified workplace.
- Strong background in the recruitment and Employee & Labor Relations
- Proficient English verbal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multicultural communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Must be willing to do business trips.
