Position Summary:
Tracking work hours, resolving payroll discrepancies, maintaining payroll records, and generating timekeeping reports.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable about the Human Resource functions especially the timekeeping and payroll or compensation and benefits
Experience:
- 2 or more years of experience in human resource functions.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with payroll software, spreadsheets, and time-tracking tools.
- Time management skills
- Action and result-oriented
