HR Compensation and Benefits Staff

Position Summary:

Tracking work hours, resolving payroll discrepancies, maintaining payroll records, and generating timekeeping reports.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field

Knowledge:

• Knowledgeable about the Human Resource functions especially the timekeeping and payroll or compensation and benefits

Experience:

• 2 or more years of experience in human resource functions.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with payroll software, spreadsheets, and time-tracking tools.
• Time management skills
• Action and result-oriented

Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
