Key Responsibilities:
a. Sources, screens and onboards applicants to project-based positions;
b. Performs timekeeping, monitors leave utilization, processes payroll and benefits, including remittances;
c. Manages project-based employees’ database and monitors contracts;
d. Facilitates training and engagement activities;
e. Processes clearance and separation; and
f. Performs other HR administrative tasks for NGCP projects.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Successful track record in recruiting (with experience in the full cycle in Recruitment or end to end recruiting process) is an advantage.
- Good oral and written communications
- knowledgeable in MS offices.
- Willing to assign in Pangasinan.
