- Responsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the Human Resources department at the assigned location.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Identify quality candidates and schedule initial interviews adhering to departmental procedures.
- Conduct initial interview and recommend candidates for final interviews with the designated final interviewer/Hiring Manager
- Maintain continuous contact with hiring managers informing them of the progress of identifying qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and assist in the employee onboarding
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain necessary employee records, applicant information, performance evaluation information.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Maintain employee files and records in HRIS
- Responsible for process/monitoring daily timekeeping actions for schedules, rendered overtime, and night differentials
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- With at least 2-3years working experience in HR or related fields
- Strong analytical skills
- Mutitasking capabilities and great organizational skills
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
