Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will focus on timekeeping and recruitment while supporting other HR functions. The role also involves ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records to support smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timekeeping processes including attendance monitoring, validation, and coordination with payroll.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain and update 201 files (hardcopy and softcopy), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support in other HR functions such as employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with labor requirements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support business goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in timekeeping and recruitment.
- Knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling employee files.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Willing to work on-site in Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
