Bachelor Degree on Psychology or any related degree
2-years as generalist experience or more
Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts (NTE to NOD)
Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and setting goals.
Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits DOLE mandated and company initiated perks.
Reporting: Preparing reports such as (SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth contributions/loans) and on key HR metrics and providing insights to management.
Payroll Processing: payroll processing and ensuring accurate compensation for less than 100 employees.
Coordinate with HR related agencies like/but not limited to -- SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and DOLE
Other HR related responsibilities (if needed)
Other responsibilities instructed by supervisor that will benefit the company
Willing to be assigned at Vera Dental Clinic Main office, San Jose Building , Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, Sto. Domingo Sta. Rosa Laguna
