Tasks:
- Investigates and analyzes data and decides upon alternatives to complete assignment.
- Assemble and assess statistical information from system databases and other sources.
- Liaises with the On-Site Personnel in collation and gathering of timely and relevant performance metrics and data. Communicates with, and provides backup support for other Support Analysts.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Psychology and other behavioral related courses.
- With BPO/Call Center experience,
- With HR generalist experience,
- Proficient in Excel formulas/functions, Pivot, Data Validation, Macros and the like,
- Must be able to work on a shifting schedule including holidays and weekends.
