Value Chain Solutions, Inc. (VCSI) is a sales and distribution company, ensuring that the products of various companies reach their consumers. We are partners with various big companies, including but not limited to Procter and Gamble (P&G), Mead Johnson, and Monde Nissin.
As the HR Generalist of VCSI, you are responsible for various tasks , including but not limited to recruitment, performance monitoring, employee relations, and records management of VCSI and its P&G division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Monitoring of back office and warehouse structure.
- First point of contact for concerns of back office and warehouse personnel.
- Monitoring of performance of back office and warehouse personnel.
- Organizing of 201 and 202 files of active and inactive employees.
- Other tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply!
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Education and other related courses is a plus.
- Prior experience is an advantage.
- Must have working knowledge in Excel and Canva.
- With high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
