HR Generalist

• Bachelor Degree on Psychology or any related degree
• 2-years as generalist experience or more
• Key Responsibilities of an HR Generalist:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts (NTE to NOD)
• Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and setting goals.
• Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits DOLE mandated and company initiated perks.
• Reporting: Preparing reports such as (SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth contributions/loans) and on key HR metrics and providing insights to management.
• Payroll Processing: payroll processing and ensuring accurate compensation for less than 100 employees.
• Coordinate with HR related agencies like/but not limited to -- SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and DOLE
• Other HR related responsibilities (if needed)
• Other responsibilities instructed by supervisor that will benefit the company
• Willing to be assigned at Vera Dental Clinic Main office, San Jose Building , Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, Sto. Domingo Sta. Rosa Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
