Responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to managers and employees within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, and other HR-related matters.
- Work with the HR team to ensure that employee-related processes and practices are fair, consistent, and transparent across the organization.
- Lead or participate in HR projects that support the strategic goals of the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees to ensure that HR practices and initiatives are well received and effectively implemented.
- Provide regular HR reporting and analysis to business leaders to help inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including responding to employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate person as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
Experience Required
- With at least 3 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
