Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR department. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and other HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and people management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
