QUALIFICATIONS:
- Amenable to work on the graveyard shift.
- With at least 2-3 years work experience in Labor Relations and must have working knowledge on PH Labor Laws
- With experience in representing the company in mediation/conciliation proceedings before the NLRC/DOLE/NCMB, etc
- Labor relations experience in a BPO industry is a plus.
- With experience in end-to-end process of LR/ER.
- Good writing skills with a high level of proficiency creating impact written communications
- Good communicator with eagerness to independently research new and creative ways for engagement events
- Able to independently manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines; a self-starter who can keep projects moving with little supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
- Understanding of basic HR concepts related to Labor Relations and change management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
