Mainly responsible for the total welfare of the entire HR Department in handling HR Operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, personnel movement and performance evaluation, policy implementation and strategic planning.
Oversee administrative operations and HR/Admin staff members, improve office policies, systems and procedures and generally will ensure the office operate the office smoothly and efficiently.
