Recruitment & Staffing :Manage end-to-end hiring process for both administrative and technical roles (e.g., service advisors, mechanics, sales agents).Coordinate manpower planning and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.
Employee Relations & Discipline: Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation, including checklists, clearance forms, and exit interviews. Ensure smooth integration of new hires and proper closure of departing employees' records.
Employment Contracts & Documentation: Draft, issue, and manage employment contracts and related HR documents. Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of all employee records.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to improve staff performance. Oversee onboarding process and continuous development initiatives.
Performance Management: Facilitate periodic performance evaluations and ensure alignment with company KPIs. Implement reward systems and performance improvement plans as necessary.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate with Accounting/Finance for accurate payroll processing. Monitor attendance and leave records using biometric/timekeeping systems.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with DOLE and other government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
HR Policy & Culture: Review and update HR policies as needed. Promote a positive work environment and support company values and culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an automotive or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools
- With leadership skills and ability to manage a team
