About the Role
As an HR Officer, the role will involve managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and compliance with labor and employment law. The candidate will work closely with Hotel employees and senior management to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of general HR policies and practices including compliance with labor and employment laws
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work closely with employees and senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
