- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires
- Create and manage job advertisements
- Manage employee records like their attendance and time off
- Keep track of employee paperwork
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, rules, regulations and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience (no less than 2 years)
- A bachelor's degree of Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Understanding of labor laws, rules , regulations and best practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to showcase strategic thinking and tackle a problem
- Any relevant training course or credentials in Human Resource is a plus
