We are looking for a dynamic and personable Human Resource Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle recruitment, pre-employment processing, employee orientation, and assist in employee relations and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to fill job vacancies:
- Source candidates through job postings, Public Employment Service Office coordination, social media, and online job sites.
- Coordinate with schools, barangays, and job fair organizers for recruitment partnerships.
- Facilitate the completion of pre-employment requirements and conduct onboarding orientation for newly hired casual employees.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records (201 files), contracts, and HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping in coordination with department heads.
- Assist in employee discipline and provide initial counselling as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in recruitment or general HR functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Canva.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a dynamic and pleasant personality.
