Full job description
Talent Acquisition/Management:
- Ensures effective Talent Acquisition strategies and negotiations to qualified candidates.
- Ensures that all sourcing tools and strategies are exhausted in the completion of manpower requirements.
- Coordinates with department/college/office for manpower requirements to ensure that all posts are provided within the prescribed period.
- Ensures procedural facilitation of employment/hiring which includes processing of Personnel/Faculty Requisition Form & Demo Teaching (if applicable).
- Handles the end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, test administration, hiring, job offer, contract issuance, pre-employment requirement, 201 preparation, payroll endorsement, to personnel movement (regularization).
- Ensures that upon onboarding, employees are provided with Identification Card/DTR, and Job Description.
- Conducts Basic Orientation and refresher to all newly hired employees
Employee Relations:
- Attends to queries and grievances of employees; handles due process for minor cases and forwards incident reports (serious & grave cases) to HR Head Office for processing.
- Coordinates with various department/colleges/offices for the implementation of Employee’s Recreational & Fellowship programs and activities.
- Ensures timely distribution of employee incentives (Perfect attendance & Birthday Tokens)
- Processes, encodes and posts submitted timekeeping forms, attendance and information to Payroll System.
- Verifies attendance, hours worked, and attendance adjustments, and posts information in the system.
- Processes and facilitates requests and handles queries related to government mandated benefits and regulatory requirements.
- Receives, verifies, and processes forms and documents for Benefits administration such as SSS/HDMF loans, sickness, maternity, PHIC, BIR updates & other related government and regulatory documents.
- Compiles and summarizes reports and statements related to benefits.
- Prepares acknowledgement receipts of employee resignation.
- Facilitates employee clearances in coordination with the respective signatories and submits such to Payroll for final pay processing.
Timekeeping & Benefits:
