Responsibilities:
Overseeing HR Operations:
- Managing day-to-day operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Managing internal HR systems, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and technology.
Managing HR Resources and Budget:
- Reviewing and approving budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Supervising HR staff and HR operations specialists.
- Analyzing HR data to make informed decisions on resource allocation and workforce
planning.
Ensuring Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Staying up to date on relevant laws and regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Implementing new company policies and ensuring they are effectively communicated and
followed.
- Providing legal guidance and advice on HR-related matters.
Supporting Employees and Managers:
- Acting as a first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions and concerns.
- Supporting managers with HR-related issues and providing guidance on employee relations.
- Addressing employee grievances and providing counseling on employee relations matters.
Other Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed reports on HR costs and other key metrics.
- Designing and implementing training programs for HR staff and managers.
- Overseeing and participating in the recruitment
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php110,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
