The HR & Payroll Generalist is responsible for handling day-to-day human resource operations and payroll functions. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with Company regulations, and supports key HR processes such as employee recruitment & onboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee records management, ETC.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update 201 files (physical and digital)
- Prepare contracts, memos, and HR-related documents
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee records
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including regular pay, overtime, and adjustments
- Monitor and Maintain employee attendance, leave applications, and DTR summaries
- Track leave balances and ensure leave policies are followed
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
- Prepare payroll reports and payroll register for review and audit
- Handle final pay computation and issuance of quit claims
- Process statutory contributions and loans (SSS/Pag-IBIG, Philhealth)
- Coordinate with Accounting and Admin for benefits, advances, and deductions
- Help facilitate employee movements (promotions, transfers, separations)
- Handle and/or assist in onboarding new employees and orientation
- Handle and/or assist recruitment and schedule interviews when necessary
- Handle and/or assist in disciplinary actions and issuance of notices
- Do other tasks as needed by the company

Pay: Php11,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
