QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in handling end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes
- Ability to communicate clearly and foster good working relationships
- Understanding of existing employment laws, policies, and regulations
- Skilled in resume evaluation, metrics tracking, records management, and interoffice coordination
